When you request an estimate, we collect your name, email address, phone number, project address and project type. You may also choose to share project preferences, a preferred consultation date, bathroom photos and additional details. Photos, the consultation date and additional details are optional.

How we use it

We use this information to review your project, confirm our service area, contact you about your inquiry, arrange a consultation and prepare an estimate. If you choose to work with us, relevant information also helps us plan and communicate about the work.

Services that help us respond

Our website and estimate form use Webflow. Make helps route inquiry notifications, and Google Workspace/Gmail supports our email communication. Information you submit, including uploaded photos, may be processed or stored by these providers as part of handling your request.

Website security and technical information

Our hosting and security services may process technical details such as your IP address, browser information and website requests to deliver the site and help prevent abuse. The estimate form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish visitors from bots. Cloudflare processes browser and connection signals for this purpose and to improve its bot detection. These services may use cookies or similar technologies for site functionality and security. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking some technologies may affect the form.

Sharing project photos

Please upload only photos relevant to your project, and avoid including people, personal documents or other private information. Sending a photo for an estimate does not give us permission to use it in public marketing.

Records and your choices

Your inquiry may remain in our form, workflow and email records. You can contact us to ask about the information you have shared or to request a correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing projects, warranty matters, accounting or legal requirements.

The website uses HTTPS to encrypt information in transit. No online service can guarantee complete security. Please do not send payment card details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive documents through the estimate form.
